Responsive version is all wrong

Fist time I’ve used this plugin and the table looks great on desktop. It even looks and responds correctly when working on it and narrowing the browser window so it becomes narrower. However, when using and also in preview mode when shrinking the browser it goes completely haywire. Also the same when selecting Tablet and Mobile in WP Builder.

Is this a bug or am I missing something?
