{"id":21063,"date":"2025-04-29T17:26:58","date_gmt":"2025-04-29T17:26:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wptablebuilder.com\/?post_type=docs&#038;p=21063"},"modified":"2025-04-29T17:27:04","modified_gmt":"2025-04-29T17:27:04","password":"","slug":"how-to-generate-an-invoice-under-your-company-name-after-purchase","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/wptablebuilder.com\/de\/docs\/how-to-generate-an-invoice-under-your-company-name-after-purchase\/","title":{"rendered":"How to Generate an Invoice Under Your Company Name After Purchase"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you\u2019ve purchased WP Table Builder Pro using your personal details but would prefer the invoice to reflect your company name, you can easily update the billing information through your Freemius account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Just follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 1: Log in to your Freemius Account<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Visit <a href=\"https:\/\/users.freemius.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">users.freemius.com<\/a> and log in using the email address you used for the purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 2: Go to the \u201cMy Profile\u201d Tab<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once logged in, click on the <strong>My Profile<\/strong> tab in the top navigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 3: Update Billing Information <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scroll down to the <strong>Billing<\/strong> section. Here, you can enter your company details including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Company Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company Email<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company Address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tax ID (if applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 4: Review Your Details<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Double-check to make sure all the billing information is accurate and reflects your company credentials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 5: Download the Updated Invoice<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Navigate to the <strong>Order History<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open or download your invoice in PDF format.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The invoice will now show your updated company details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-6-background-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\"> <strong>Note:<\/strong> Only the account owner can update billing information.
