Before you ask support
Does the AI assistant cost extra?
Not from us. It is included in WP Table Builder Pro at no additional charge. You pay your AI provider directly for what you use, which is why there are no credits to buy here.
Which AI providers does it work with?
OpenAI and Anthropic. You add a key from whichever one you already use, and you can swap it at any time.
What gets sent to the AI provider?
Your request and the structure of the table you are editing, so the assistant knows what it is changing. The request goes from your site straight to the provider using your key.
Does it work on tables I built before?
Yes. Open any existing table, open the assistant, and start asking. Nothing needs rebuilding or converting first.
Is it in the free version?
No, the AI assistant is a Pro feature. The free version keeps the full drag and drop builder.
Can it build a table from scratch yet?
Not yet. Today it edits tables you already have. Building from a prompt and from a screenshot are both in development.
What if it gets a request wrong?
Ask again in different words, or fix it by hand in the editor. The assistant works alongside the normal controls, it does not replace them.
